REFUND POLICY

At Branded Texas Traditions, every order is custom-made just for you. Because all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Our Commitment to Quality If we make an error on your order, we will remake it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Digital Proofs A digital proof is available upon request at the time of ordering. If you choose to receive a proof, production will not begin until you approve it. By approving your proof, you confirm that all details are correct — we are not responsible for errors present on an approved proof.

If no proof is requested, we will produce your order based on the details and artwork submitted at checkout.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
